Nanoparticles (a billionth of a meter) easily penetrate the structures of textile materials and form an invisible nano layer around the fibers to repel dirt and other fluid molecules. Thus, foreign matter can not penetrate the textile fiber, which thus resists moisture, soiling and stains, even from aggressive substances (coffee, blood, red wine, oil, fats, food residues, chemicals). All liquids, due to the hydrophobic (water-repellent) effect from the surface of the treated fabric, simply slip. The composition reinforces the fabric against abrasion and protects it from UV radiation and at varying temperatures. Surface treatment with Nano Protect Textile is not visible and does not feel any change (it is non-stick and perfectly breathable). After washing, treatment with Nano Protect Textile must be repeated.
The total area to which protection is sufficient is 10 m2.
Instructions for use
For dry, clean fabrics, apply a thin, continuous layer of Nano Protect Textile from 20-30 cm using a sprayer. Larger surfaces can also be used for industrial use with a spray gun. In the case of strong fabrics, it is recommended that the applied layer be "massaged" with a non-absorbent cloth into the fabric structure. Nano Protect Textile gets better with fiber. Allow to dry at normal room temperature or up to max. 40 ° C. Protective effect occurs about 1 hour after drying. The optimal protective effect occurs after 24 hours, when the nanoparticles settle on the surface to form a shield (after creating a crystalline lattice).
